Getting Started with us


This is how we plan to get you started....

 

We are not going to just throw you into a group session if you have never done CrossFit before. Instead we prefer to first guide you through a introductory session specifically formatted to show you our style of training, and for us to get to know you better.

 

This session will not only allow us to get a better understanding of your training history and goals, It will also provide with us an opportunity to guide you through some fundamental movements that often get overlooked, and answer any questions you may have about anything!

 

If you are however a seasoned CrossFitter, then you are welcome to jump into any session.
